WHY I LIKE BUCKET LISTS

bucket list

noun

informal
  1. a number of experiences or achievements that a person hopes to have or accomplish before they die.

A lot of people don’t like bucket lists, I guess because they don’t like thinking about ‘dying.’ To be completely honest, dying doesn’t scare me. It’s something that all living organisms eventually get to and believe it or not, we’re living. If we had a time limit for grocery shopping, we would make a list; to get it all done in time without missing out on something important. Same goes for life. We do have a ‘time limit’ and if we want to get everything that makes us happy done, we better get sorted and make a list – a bucket list. 100 things to do in 90 years? Sounds pretty good to me.
