Everyone dreams of perfect legs that slip into skinny jeans and look perfect in bikinis. But let me tell you, you are perfect just the way you are. However, if you are willing to work for something, you deserve to get it. Right? But sometimes we just don’t know where to start.
Today, I’ve put together five of my favourite leg exercises to tone up those legs! Do these everyday for 100 days to see results!
- Squats: 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Reverse lunge: 2 sets of 5 reps on each side.
- Lateral leg raise: 3 sets of 10 reps on each side.
- Lunge jump: 3 sets of 10 reps on each side.
- Tuck jump: 2 sets of 10 reps.
