This is my favourite workout to do to tone up my butt for those cheeky bikinis!

If you are unsure what any exercises are, just Google it.

BUTT WORKOUT

50 hip bridges

100 donkey kicks

100 glute kick backs

50 sumo squats

100 side lunges
