Water is critically important for you’re body to function properly.

Dehydration
To name a few signs of dehydration, did you know that the first sign is hunger? So next time you’re reaching out for a snack, try a glass of water instead. Also, frontal headaches can also be a sign of dehydration, so make sure you drink some water!

How much?
It is recommended to you have 1 litre of water per 22 kilograms of body weight. It sounds like a lot, but it won’t be if you slowly increase it. If you go from one glass to 3 litres, you’ll be running to the loo all day!

If you don’t like the taste.
I’ve heard of many people saying they don’t drink water because it tastes so bland and flat. This is an easy¬†fix, just add some cucumber, mint, strawberries, mango, pineapple or anything your heart desires and hey ho ready to go!
